So Clever son who obeys to the parents

02-03-2012 23:00
Fred is 35 years old and he is still single.
One day a friend asks him, "Why aren't you married? Can't you find a woman who would be a good wife?"
Fred replies, "I found many women in the past who I wanted to marry,
but when I bring them home to my parents, my mother doesn't like them."

His friend thinks for a moment and says, "I have the perfect idea. Find a girl who is exactly like your mother."

Two months later they meet again and his friend says, "Did you find the perfect girl?

Did your mother like her?"

With an unhappy face, Fred answers, "Yes, I found the perfect girl. She was exactly like my mother.

You were right, my mother liked her very much."

The friend says, "So, what's the problem?"

Fred replies, "My father didn't like her.”

How to be a good leader

What is the leadership or quality of a leader? First of all, I am going to express of the leadership of a leader who performs his activities in different way. Leadership is an important function of management which helps to maximize efficiency for a society and people, to overcome all problems to come on the community, by guiding a proper way related to its condition and to achieve organizational goals and Leadership is a function which is important at all levels of management. Therefore it is so necessary for an association to have a leader so that it is managed and given a suitable guidance.
Now   I would like to mention about how to be a good leader and I will explain about my topic with different types of question regarding to it. What is the leader? Leader is the person who leads or commands a group, organization or county, who deploys his effort and energy for a community. He absorbs his mind as well as body in the people who follow him. There are various kind of leaders such as economic leader, political leader, social leader, religious leader and so on, who are controlling and handling countries, towns, provinces, villages, and diverse organizations. In short, there are only two leaders as follows;
a.   1. Material leader
b.   2. Spiritual leader
The Material leader relates to those who lead worldly matters like a sociality, economy, and politic, etc. The spiritual leader refers to those who lead and take reasonability on its respective religions and who organizes to promote peace and harmony among its members and guides to realize enlightenment and to live a life that is in agreement with and contributes to their religious objectives. What is a good leader? In this world, every one can be a leader but hard to be a good and right leader because a leader must give up his own benefits and do for people’s happiness and advantages in the righteous system. In the Singalovadasutta, The Lord Buddha mentioned that there are six kinds of duty of a Leader. They are;
1.   1. He must be more industrious than other.
2.   2. He must be vigilant in order to lead others.
3.   3. He must be kind to his subordinates.
4.   4. He must be patient with and forgive others.
5.   5. He must be considerate and reasonable whatever he does.
6.   6. He must be wise and foresighted in doing things.

Those are duties to must be performed by a leader on his subordinates and group. If a leader does the above six obligations, he can lead his people easily and peacefully and association and he will be regarded by his people that he is a good leader.
What are the basic qualities of a good Leader? To become a good leader, a leader needs to have qualifies and qualities such as right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness and right concentration to achieve in his leadership and he has to use them practically and skillfully. Right view is the beginning. It simply means to see and to understand things as they really are and to realise truth on every situation. Right view is the cognitive aspect of wisdom. It means to see things through, to grasp imperfect nature of worldly objects and ideas.
While right view refers to the cognitive aspect of wisdom, right thought refers to the volitional aspect. Right thought can be described best as commitment to ethical and mental self-improvement. Right speech is the first principle of ethical conduct. Ethical conduct is viewed as a guideline to moral discipline, which supports the other principles. This aspect is not self-sufficient, however, essential, because mental purification can only be achieved through the cultivation of ethical conduct and a leader should have a good speech.
The second ethical principle, right action, involves the body as natural means of expression, as it refers to deeds that involve bodily actions. Unwholesome actions lead to unsound states of mind, while wholesome actions lead to sound states of mind. Right livelihood means that a leader should earn one's living in a righteous way and that wealth should be gained legally and peacefully. Right effort can be seen as a prerequisite for the other principles of the path. Without effort, which is in itself an act of will, nothing can be achieved, whereas misguided effort distracts the mind from its task. Right mindfulness is the controlled and perfected faculty of cognition. It is the mental ability to see things as they are, with clear consciousness. Right concentration, refers to the development of a mental force that occurs in natural consciousness.

Those are qualifies and qualities for a good leader to lead the community and his people. In a conclusion, I wish to say that a good leader should have not only educational qualities but also moral qualities and To become a good leader in the future, we should study how they do to become a good leader and take and practice their ways which were practiced by leaders

Effortless English= သက္ေသာင့္သက္သာ အဂၤလိပ္စာ

Rule 7 to learn English Fast = စည္းမ်ဥ္း (၇) အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ အျမန္ေလ့လာျခင္း

Use Listen & Answer Stories= ဇာတ္ေၾကာင္းပုံျပင္မ်ားကုိ နားေထာင္ၿပီး ေျဖဆုိျခင္းကုိ အသုံးျပဳပါ။

Hi. Today is the last rule! Remember, I promised you 7 Rules. Today is number 7
ဟုိင္း၊ ဒီေန႔ကေတာ့ ေနာက္ဆုံး စည္းမ်ဥ္းျဖစ္တယ္။ စည္းမ်ဥ္း(၇)ခ်က္ မင္းကုိ ကတိေပးခဲ့တာ မွတ္မိမွာပါ။ ဒီေန႔က စည္းမ်ဥ္း နံပါတ္(၇)ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Today is the last Rule, and it is the easiest: ေနာက္ဆုံး စည္းမ်ဥ္း၊ အလြယ္ကူဆုံး စည္းမ်ဥ္း။

Most English CDs use “listen and repeat”. The speaker says something in English, and you repeat exactly what they said. This method is a failure.

Thanks very much! I am studying English according to your method. I will introduce your lessons to my friends!–Fred Zhao

Rule 7: An English Success Story = စည္းမ်ဥ္း(၇) အဂၤလိပ္စာ ေအာင္ျမင္သူ၏ ေျပာျပခ်က္။

Emi, a Japanese woman, had a problem. Her speaking was SLOW. She could not answer questions quickly. ဂ်န္ပန္ အမ်ဳိးသမီး ျဖစ္တဲ့ ေအးမီမွာ ျပႆနာ တစ္ခုရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သူမရဲ့ စကားေျပာဟာ ေႏွးေကြးခဲ့တယ္။ သူမက ေမးခြန္းမ်ားကုိ ျမန္ျမန္ မေျဖဆုိႏုိင္ခဲ့ဘူး။

Emi listened to many English tapes and CDs. She listened. She repeated what the speaker said. အဂၤလိပ္စာ တိတ္ေခြမ်ားနဲ႔ စီဒီမ်ားကုိ ေအးမီ နားေထာင္ခဲ့တယ္။ သူမက နားေထာင္ခဲ့တယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ စကားေျပာသူ ေျပာခဲ့တဲ့အရာကုိ သူမက လုိက္ျပီးေတာ့ ထပ္ေျပာခဲ့တယ္။

Emi emailed me. I recommended “Listen & Answer” lessons. I told her not to use “listen and repeat”.

I told her to use “Listen & Answer” Mini-Stories. မိနီ ပုံျပင္ ဇာတ္ေၾကာင္းမ်ားကုိ နားေထာင္ၿပီး ေျဖဆုိတာကုိ အသုံးျပဳဖုိ႔ သူမကုိ ေျပာျပခဲ့ပါတယ္။

I told her that “listen and repeat” is not enough– when you repeat, you only copy the speaker. But when you hear a question and you ANSWER it– you must think in English.

After using listen & ANSWER lessons for just 4 months, her speaking was fast, easy, and automatic.

Effortless English= သက္ေသာင့္သက္သာ အဂၤလိပ္စာ

Rule(6)
Use Only Real English Materials= အစစ္အမွန္ အဂၤလိပ္စာ အေထာက္အကူပစၥည္းမ်ားကုိသာ အသုံးျပဳပါ။

Hi again. It’s me, your English teacher… with another rule!
ဟုိင္း။ ေနာက္ထပ္ စည္းမ်ဥ္းတစ္ခုနဲ႔ မင္းရဲ့ အဂၤလိပ္ဆရာပါ။

I want you to think about something today: You have studied English for more than 4 years- why do you still have trouble understanding native speakers?

Nothing is wrong with you. Something is wrong with the schools you went to, and the textbooks you used. English textbooks and audio tapes are horrible.

You never learned REAL English. အစစ္အမွန္ အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ မင္း ဘယ္တုန္းကမွ မေလ့လာခဲ့ဘူး။

You learned TEXTBOOK English. မင္းက အဂၤလိပ္ ျပဌာန္းစာအုပ္ကုိပဲ ေလ့လာခဲ့တယ္။

“Your teaching is excellent! I´m very grateful to you. Thank you!”
Milan Hodac, Czech Republic ခင္ဗ်ားရဲ့ သင္နည္းကေတာ့ အလြန္ေကာင္းမြန္ပါတယ္။ ခင္ဗ်ားကုိ အရမ္းေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္။

How To Understand Native Speakers = အဂၤလိပ္လူမ်ဳိးမ်ားေျပာတာကုိ နားလည္ပုံ၊ နားလည္နည္း။

Megdelio studied English for 5 years in Venezuela. Teachers said he was an advanced student.

When he came to the USA he felt good. He was excited to meet Americans. He was ready.

“One day I tried to talk to an American woman and everything changed. The woman started talking– and I couldn’t understand her. Not at all!

Effortless English= သက္ေသာင့္သက္သာ အဂၤလိပ္စာ

Rule(5)
Use Point of View Stories ပုံျပင္(ရႈေထာင့္)သေဘာထားကုိ အသုံးျပဳပါ။

How are you today? Are you having a great day? I’m doing well.
ဒီေန႔ မင္းေနေကာင္းလား။ မင္းမွာ ေကာင္းေသာေန႔ ရွိပါေစ။ ငါလည္း ေနေကာင္းပါတယ္။

Today I’m back to explain Rule 5
ဒီေန႔ စည္းမ်ဥ္း (၅)ကုိ ရွင္းျပဖုိ႔ ငါ လာတာ။

With Rule 2, I told you never to study grammar rules. But, of course, you want to use correct English grammar. စည္းမ်ဥ္း (၂)တုန္းက သဒၵါစည္းမ်ဥ္းကုိ မေလ့လာဖု႔ိ မင္းကုိ ငါ ေျပာခဲ့တယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ မင္းက မွန္ကန္တဲ့ အဂၤလိပ္သဒၵါစည္းမ်ဥ္းကုိ အသုံးျပဳခ်င္တယ္။

Maybe you are thinking, “How can I learn English grammar if I don’t study English grammar rules?” “အဂၤလိပ္ သဒၵါစည္းမ်ဥ္းကုိမွ မေလ့လာရင္ ငါဘယ္လုိ ေလ့လာလုိ႔ရမလဲဆုိတာ” မင္းေတြးေတာေကာင္း ေတြးေတာႏုိင္တယ္။

Well, today I will tell you. ေကာင္းၿပီး၊ ဒီေန႔ မင္းကုိ ငါေျပာျပမယ္။

I will teach you a way to learn grammar naturally. Use this method and your grammar will improve automatically. You will automatically use the correct verb tense. You won’t think. You won’t try.

“I am glad to tell you that I have improved my English after listening to your Effortless English Lessons. I think your Effortless English system is great.”–Aleister Yu, Singapore

Rule 5: A Story စည္းမ်ဥ္း (၅) ပုံျပင္(ဇာတ္ေၾကာင္း)။

Miyuki did very well on grammar tests. She knew all of the grammar rules. She knew English verbs.

But Miyuki had a problem. She couldn’t USE the grammar in a real conversation. She could explain the past tense, but when speaking, she would say “Yesterday I GO to school”.

Fantastic!= တကယ္ေကာင္းပါတယ္။

Rule 4: An English Success Story= အဂၤလိပ္စာ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈအတြက္ စတုိရီ(ပုံျပင္)

Hyun, a student from Korea, said: ဟိယန္၊ ကုိရီယား ေက်ာင္းသားတစ္ေယာက္က ေျပာပါတယ္။
“I’m a very serious student. When studying English in Korea, I memorized 50,000 English words for a big test. Fifty Thousand!

My problem was– I couldn’t USE them. I could pass an English test. But I could not understand native speakers.

With Effortless English, I learned to instantly understand English. I learned how to automatically use vocabulary. After 6 months, I could speak easily. I didn’t need to think. ခ်က္ခ်င္းဆုိသလုိ အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ နားလည္ဖုိ႔ သက္ေသာင့္သက္သာ အဂၤလိပ္စာနဲ႔   က်ေနာ္ ေလ့လာခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Thanks so much!” ေက်းဇူးအမ်ားႀကီးတင္ပါတယ္။

RULE 4: Slow, Deep English Learning Is Best= ေႏွးေႏွးနဲ႔ နက္နက္နဲနဲ ေလ့လာေသာ အဂၤလိပ္စာသည္ အေကာင္းဆုံး။

Hyun learned a lot of words in a short time. Her learning was short and shallow. That’s why she quickly forgot the words. That’s why she could not use them.
The secret to speak easily is to learn every word & phrase DEEPLY. အဂၤလိပ္စကားကုိ လြယ္လြယ္ကူကူ ေျပာရမဲ့ လွ်ဳိ၀ွက္ခ်က္ကေတာ့ သီးသန္႔စကားလုံးတုိင္းနဲ႔ စကားစုမ်ားကုိ နက္နက္နဲနဲ ေလ့လာရပါမယ္။

Its not enough to know a definition and not enough to remember for a test. You must put the word deep into your brain.

To speak English easily, you must repeat each lesson many times. အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ လြယ္လြယ္ကူကူနဲ႔ ေျပာႏုိင္ဖုိ႔ အႀကိမ္းအေရမ်ားမ်ား သင္ခန္းစာ တစ္ခုခ်င္းစီကုိ ထပ္ခါတလဲလဲ မင္း ေလ့လာရပါမယ္။
You must learn English deeply. မင္း အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ နက္နက္နဲနဲ ေလ့လာပါ။

Learn deeply, speak easily.နက္နက္နဲနဲ ေလ့လာပါ၊ လြယ္လြယ္ကူကူနဲ႔ အဂၤလိပ္စကားကုိ ေျပာပါ။

How do you learn deeply? Easy– just repeat all lessons or listening many times. နက္နက္နဲနဲ ဘယ္လုိေလ့လာရမလဲ? လြယ္လြယ္ေလးပါ- သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားအားလုံးကုိ ထပ္ခါတလဲလဲသာ ေလ့လာပါ၊ အႀကိမ္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ အဂၤလိပ္ ေအာ္ဒီယုိမ်ားကုိလည္း နားေထာင္ပါ။

For example, if you have an audio book, listen to the first chapter 30 times before you go to the second chapter. You could listen to the first chapter 3 times each day, for 10 days.

Understanding Native Speakers= အဂၤလိပ္လူမ်ဳိးမ်ား ေျပာတာကုိ နားလည္ျခင္း။
“My English is now much improved because of you, and also my understanding of native speakers is much better than before. So I would like to say thank you very very much!!”

Deep Learning Of English Grammar= အဂၤလိပ္သဒၵါကုိ နက္နက္နဲနဲ ေလ့လာျခင္။

What about grammar? How do you learn it deeply, without studying grammar rules? သဒၵါနည္းကေရာ ဘယ္လုိလဲ? သဒၵါစည္းမ်ဥ္း စည္းကမ္းမ်ားကုိ မေလ့လာဘဲ နက္နက္နဲနဲ ဘယ္လုိေလ့လာရမလဲ?

I’ll tell you in the next email. ေနာက္ထပ္ အီးေမးထဲမွာ က်ေနာ္ ခင္ဗ်ားကုိ ေျပာျပပါ့မယ္။

Have a great day! ထူးျခားေကာင္းမြန္တဲ့ ေန႔ရက္မ်ားရွိပါေစ…..

Effortless English= သက္ေသာင့္သက္သာ အဂၤလိပ္စာ

Rule (3)
Hi! This is A.J.
ဟုိင္း…အိန္ဂ်ယ္ပါ။

I really enjoy emailing you and helping you improve English.
မင္း အဂၤလိပ္စာတုိးတက္ဖုိ႔ ကူညီျပီး ေမးပုိ႔ရျခင္းကုိ ငါတကယ္ ၀မ္းသာပီတိျဖစ္မိပါတယ္။

Today is the most important rule. ဒီေန႔ စည္းမ်ည္းကေတာ့ ပုိ၍အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။
Most schools ignore it.
တန္းေက်ာင္းအမ်ားစုက အဲဒါကုိ မသိခ်င္ေယာင္ေဆာင္ေနၾကတယ္။

**Rule 3: A Story စည္းမ်ည္း (၃) ပုံျပင္ အျဖစ္အပ်က္။
Humberto is from Venezuela.
ဟန္ဘက္ရတုိးကေတာ့ ဗင္နီဇြဲလားမွ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

He moved to Canada a few years ago.
လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ႏွစ္အနည္းငယ္ေလာက္ကမွ သူ ကေနဒါသုိ႔ ေျပာင္းလာခဲ့တယ္။

He studied English in Venezuela for many years-- mostly grammar.
သူက ႏွစ္မ်ားၾကာၾကာ ဗင္နီဇြဲလားမွာ အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိေလ့လာခဲ့တယ္။ အမ်ားစုကေတာ့ အဂၤလိပ္သဒၵါစည္းမ်ဥ္းေတြေပါ့။

In fact, Humberto learned English with his eyes-
တကယ္ေတာ့ ဟန္ဘက္ရတုိးက အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ (စာဖက္ျခင္းျဖင့္)   သူ႔မ်က္လုံးမ်ားနဲ႔ ေလ့လာခဲ့တယ္။

by reading textbooks, by studying grammar books, by remembering word lists.
ျပဌာန္းစာအုပ္မ်ားကုိ ဖက္ျခင္း၊ သဒၵါစည္းမ်ဥ္းစာအုပ္မ်ားကုိ ေလ့လာျခင္း၊ သီသန္႔စကားလုံးမ်ား စာရင္းကုိ မွတ္သားျခင္းျဖင့္ေပါ့။

He thought his English was good. ဟန္ဘက္ရတုိးက သူရဲ့အဂၤလိပ္စာ ေကာင္းခဲ့တယ္လုိ႔ ထင္ခဲ့တယ္။
But when he came to Canada he was surprised and shocked—
ဒါေပမဲ့ သူ ကေနဒါသုိ႔ ေရာက္ခဲ့တဲ့အခါ အံၾသ တုန္လႈပ္ေခ်ာက္ခ်ားခဲ့တယ္။

He couldn't understand anyone! အဲဒါကေတာ့ သူ ဘယ္သူေျပာတာကုိမွ
နားမလည္ႏုိင္ခဲ့လုိ႔ပါပဲ။

He joined an English school in Canada. He went to school everyday.
သူ ကေနဒါထဲမွာ အဂၤလိပ္သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းကုိ တက္ခဲ့တယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ ေန႔တုိင္း
ေက်ာင္းသုိ႔ သြားခဲ့တယ္။

What did they teach him? သူတုိ႔ ဟန္ဘက္ရတုိးကုိ ဘာေတြသင္ခဲ့တာလဲ။

More textbooks, more grammar books, more word lists!
ျပဌာန္းစာအုပ္မ်ား၊ သဒၵါစည္းမ်ဥ္းစာအုပ္မ်ား၊ သီးသန္႔ စကားလုံးမ်ားကုိပဲ ထပ္ထပ္သင္တယ္။

After 12 months of school, Humberto was angry and frustrated.
ေက်ာင္း (၁၂)လ တက္ျပီးေနာက္၊ ဟန္ဘက္ရတုိး အဆင္မေျပမႈေတြနဲ႔ ေဒါသထြက္ခဲ့ရတယ္။

The school cost over $10,000 for one year—
ေက်ာင္းကုန္က်စရိတ္က တစ္ႏွစ္ကုိ ေဒၚလာ တစ္ေသာင္းေက်ာ္ကုန္က်တယ္။

But he still could not speak English. He didn't know what to do.
ဒါေပမဲ့ သူ အဂၤလိပ္စကား မေျပာႏုိင္ခဲ့ဘူး။ျပီးေတာ့ ဘာလုပ္္ရမယ္ ဆုိတာေတာင္ မသိခဲ့ဘူး

He said: သူက ေျပာခဲ့တယ္။
"I couldn't believe it A.J. အဲဒါကုိ ငါ နားမလည္ႏုိင္ခဲ့ဘူး ေအေဂ်။

After one year, I still couldn't speak English.
တစ္ႏွစ္ၾကာျပီးေနာက္၊ အဂၤလိပ္စကား ငါ မေျပာႏုိင္ဆဲပဲ။

I told the teacher, 'this is a waste of time'. I was very upset.
ငါ ဆရာကုိ ေျပာခဲ့တယ္။ ဒါက အခ်ိန္ကုိ ျဖဳန္းေနတာပဲ။ ျပီးေတာ့ ငါ အရမ္း၀မ္းနည္းခဲ့တယ္။

Thank God I found a better way. Now I can speak English.
ေက်းဇူးပါပဲ ေဂါ့ဒ္ေရ! အေကာင္းဆုံးနည္းလမ္းကုိ ငါေတြ႔လုိ႔။ အခု အဂၤလိပ္စကားေျပာႏုိင္ခဲ့ျပီ။

I understand native speakers. အဂၤလိပ္လူမ်ဳိးမ်ား ေျပာတာကုိ ငါ နားလည္ေနျပီ။

I talk to Canadians every day. ေန႔တုိင္း ငါ ကေနဒါကလူမ်ားနဲ႔ စကားေျပာတယ္။

I feel confident. ငါ (ကုိယ့္ကုိယ္ကုိ) ယုံၾကည္မႈရလာတယ္။

I can't believe I wasted so much time with schools...
သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းမ်ားနဲ႔ ငါ အခ်ိန္ေတြအမ်ားၾကီး ျဖဳန္းခဲ့တာ မယုံၾကည္ႏုိင္စရာပါပဲ။

and so much money too!" ျပီးေတာ့ ပုိက္ပုိက္ေတြလည္း အမ်ားၾကီး ကုန္ခဲ့တာေရာေပါ့။

**RULE 3: The Most Important Rule-- Listen First
စည္းမ်ည္း(၃) အေရးၾကီးဆုံးစည္းမ်ဥ္း။ ပထမဆုံး နားေထာင္ပါ။

What is the rule that Humberto found? Simple. The rule is listening.
ဘယ္လုိစည္းမ်ဥ္းကုိ ဟန္ဘက္ရတုိးက ေတြ႔ခဲ့တာလဲ၊ ရုိးရုိးေလးပါ၊ စည္းမ်ည္းကုိ နားေထာင္။

Listening, listening, listening. နားေထာင္…နားေထာင္..နားေထာင္ျပီးရင္း နားေထာင္။

You must listen to UNDERSTANDABLE English.
နားလည္ႏုိင္တဲ့ အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ မင္း နားေထာင္ရမယ္။

You must listen to English EVERYDAY. Don't read textbooks.
ေန႔တုိင္း အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ နားေထာင္ရမယ္။ ျပဌာန္းစာအုပ္ေတြ မဖက္နဲ႔။

Listen to English. အဂၤလိပ္စကားေျပာကုိ နားေထာင္။

Its simple. အဲဒါ ရုိးရုိးေလးပါ။

That is the key to your English success. အဲဒါက မင္းရဲ့ အဂၤလိပ္စာေအာင္ျမင္မႈတြက္
ေသာ့ခ်က္ပဲ။

Stop reading textbooks. ျပဌာန္းစာအုပ္ေတြ ဖက္ျခင္းကုိ ရပ္ပါ။

Start listening everyday. ေန႔တုိင္း စျပီးနားေထာင္ပါ။

**Learn With Your Ears, Not Your Eyes မင္းရဲ့ နားနဲ႔ေလ့လာပါ။ မ်က္လုံးနဲ႔မေလ့လာပါနဲ႔။
In most schools, you learn English with your eyes.
ေက်ာင္းအမ်ားစုမွာ မင္း အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ မ်က္စိနဲ႔ ေလ့လာတယ္။

You read textbooks. ျပီးေတာ့ ျပဌာန္းစာအုပ္ေတြကုိ ဖက္တယ္။

You study grammar rules. သဒၵါစည္းမ်ဥ္းေတြကုိ ေလ့လာတယ္။

Effortless English is a listening system. သက္ေသာင့္သက္သာ အဂၤလိပ္ကေတာ့
နားေထာင္တဲ့ နည္းစနစ္ျဖစ္တယ္။

You learn English with your ears, not your eyes.နားနဲ႔ေလ့လာပါ၊မ်က္စိနဲ႔မေလ့လာပါနဲ႔။

You listen 1-3 hours every day. ေန႔တုိင္း ၁နာရီ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ သုံးနာရီ နားေထာင္ပါ။

Your speaking improves quickly. မင္းရဲ့ စကားေျပာ ျမန္ျမန္ တုိးတက္လာမယ္။

You speak English easily-- just like Humberto.
ဟန္ဘက္ရတုိးလုိ မင္း အဂၤလိပ္စကားကုိ လြယ္လြယ္ကူကူ ေျပာတက္လာမယ္။

Spend most of your study time listening- နားေထာင္းလ်က္ မင္းရဲ့ ေလ့လာမႈအခ်ိန္အမ်ားစုကုိ အသုံးျပဳပါ။

that is the key to great speaking. အဲဒါက အၾကီးမားဆုံးေသာ စကားေျပာခ်င္းရဲ့ ေသာ့ခ်က္ပဲ။

* The Next Powerful Method ေနာက္ထပ္ အစြမ္းထက္တဲ့ နည္းလမ္း
Good luck. I know you can do it. ကံေကာင္းပါေစ… မင္း အဲဒါကုိ လုပ္ႏုိင္တယ္ဆုိတာ ငါသိတယ္။
Have a great day. ထူးျခားတဲ့ေန႔ေလးျဖစ္ပါေစ…

Enjoy these emails and enjoy your English learning!
ဒီ အီးေမးမ်ားကုိ ႏွစ္သက္ျပီး မင္းရဲ့ အဂၤလိပ္စာေလ့ျခင္း သာယာၾကည္ႏူပါေစ။

Take Care, AJ Hoge  က်န္းမားေရး ဂရုစုိက္ပါ…..ေအေဂ်ဟုတ္။

Effortless English

Rule (2)
Hi. How are you? ဟုိင္း… ေနေကာင္းလား။
Are you having a good day? မင္းမွာ သာယာေကာင္းမြန္ေသာ ေန႔ရွိပါေစ?။
 I'm doing fine. ငါလည္း ေနေကာင္းပါတယ္။
 Let's get started with Day 2 of your email course. မင္းရဲ့ အီေမး သင္တန္း ႏွစ္ရက္ေျမာက္ႏွင့္ စလုိက္ၾကရေအာင္။

**Rule 2: A Story From Angelina စည္းမ်ဥ္း ၂။ အိန္ဂ်ယ္လီနာဆီမွ ေျပာျပခ်က္။
"My name is Angelina and I'm a student from Paraguay. က်မ နာမည္ကေတာ့ အိန္ဂ်ယ္လီနာျဖစ္ျပီး ပါးရားဂိြဳက္မွ ေက်ာင္းသူတစ္ဦးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

When I started learning with A.J., I couldn't speak any English. က်မ ေအေဂ်နဲ႔ အဂၤလိပ္စာကုိ စေလ့လာခဲ့တုန္းက၊ အဂၤလိပ္စကား ဘာမွကုိ မေျပာႏုိင္ခဲ့ဘူး။

 I had studied English grammar many years, but I couldn't speak. က်မ အဂၤလိပ္ grammar ကုိ ႏွစ္အေတာ္မ်ားမ်ား ေလ့လာခဲ့ျပီးျပီ ဒါေပမဲ့ က်မ အဂၤလိပ္စကား မေျပာႏုိင္ခဲ့ဘူး။

The first day with A.J.'s Effortless English I thought I would study grammar. ပထမဆုံးေန႔မွာ ေအေဂ်ရဲ့ သက္ေသာင့္သက္သာ အဂၤလိပ္စာနဲ႔ က်မ grammar ကုိ ေလ့လာေကာင္းေလ့လာရလိမ့္မယ္ဆုိတာကုိ ထင္မွတ္ခဲ့တယ္။

 However, he surprised me because he never taught grammar rules. ဒါေပမဲ့ သူ က်မကုိ အံၾသေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တယ္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္လဲဆုိေတာ့ သူက grammar စည္းမ်ဥ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ပတ္သက္လုိ႔ ဘာမွကုိ မသင္ခဲ့လုိ႔ပါပဲ။
Instead,            grammar စည္းမ်ဥ္းအစား။
 he told a story. သူက ပုံျပင္ တစ္ပုဒ္ကုိ ေျပာျပခဲ့တယ္။
He told it many times, in a strange way. ေအေဂ်က ပုံျပင္ကုိ အၾကိမ္းမ်ားစြာေျပာျပခဲ့တယ္။

 He constantly asked questions, and I answered the questions. သူက အဆက္မျပတ္ ေမးခြန္းမ်ားကုိ ေမးခဲ့တယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ က်မက ေမးခြန္းမ်ားကုိ ေျဖရတယ္။
 The questions were super-easy. ေမးခြန္းမ်ားက အလြန္လြယ္ကူတာ။
Honestly, I was a little confused. ပြင့္ပြင့္လင္းလင္းေျပာရရင္၊ က်မ အနည္းငယ္ ဇေ၀ဇ၀ါျဖစ္ခဲ့မိတယ္။
